A great show starts with thoughtful planning. Whether we are working with our own designs or developing existing ideas, we take care of the complete technical planning of your event, down to the smallest detail.

Comprehensive Planning – From Concept to Execution

We guide you through the entire planning process:

Technical Planning Across All Disciplines

We provide comprehensive planning across the key areas of event technology:

• Lighting: Lighting plans, fixture positioning, signal cabling and truss labeling.
• Video: Planning of LED walls, projection systems, signal routing and media control.
• Rigging: Structural stability documentation, load analysis and planning of trusses, motors and suspension points.
• Audio: Sound reinforcement concepts and loudspeaker positioning.

Our planning documents are available digitally through a modern cloud-based solution as well as in print, in all common formats from A4 to A0.

With more than 15 years of experience in lighting and video operation, we do much more than realize our own designs. We also program and operate existing productions, handling even complex show sequences with precision.

We primarily work with MA Lighting systems, particularly the grandMA3 and grandMA2 series. For video control and pixel mapping, these systems are complemented by media servers and software such as PIXERA, Resolume and many others. More complex productions involving multiple technical departments can be controlled and synchronized using QLab and similar systems.

Previsualization has long become an industry standard. It not only reduces costs and valuable rehearsal time, but also gives us the opportunity to refine a show down to the smallest detail before arriving on site.

Our previsualization studio is located inside a cinema auditorium with 15 seats, a bar and an outdoor area. Equipped with the latest visualization servers running Syncronorm Depence as well as grandMA3 consoles, it provides an ideal environment in the heart of Germany for developing projects together in a relaxed and focused atmosphere.

We can present the complete show on the cinema screen while you sit back in a recliner. Afterwards, we can discuss changes, details and new ideas together over a cold drink.

Video design is becoming increasingly important, especially as the boundaries between traditional lighting and video technology continue to blur. For this reason, we do not draw a strict line between the two either.

We specialize in integrating conventional lighting fixtures and LED pixels into video content. We create content tailored precisely to individual setups, whether on stage or integrated into architecture.

Our workflows combine established animation software with real-time generated content. Real-time content is particularly well suited to interactive installations, allowing video and lighting to merge into a single immersive experience.

For pixel mapping, we work with media server platforms and software such as PIXERA, Resolume Arena, MADRIX and TouchDesigner. To control individual LEDs, we also use custom-developed controllers that can be adapted precisely to the requirements of each project.

Video mapping is an umbrella term describing the process of precisely adapting and distributing video content across different output devices. In an event context, this typically includes LED walls, displays and projection surfaces.

We have delivered a wide range of projection mapping projects, some involving more than 50 projectors. Our portfolio also includes live-tracked content on LED walls, custom stage designs incorporating video surfaces, and immersive 3D installations using forced perspective.

Depending on the requirements of the project, we work with a wide variety of media server systems, ranging from PIXERA and Resolume to fully customised solutions.

We also specialize in the use, programming and integration of LED pixels within large-scale shows. Our goal is always to create the most immersive experience possible — one in which lighting, video and the viewer's own perspective seamlessly merge into one.

On request, we design and build custom constructions such as illuminated stage elements that can be centrally controlled and integrated seamlessly into the overall show.

We also develop interactive exhibits for art installations, trade shows, product presentations and special events. These installations incorporate lighting and video technology, control systems and interactive elements that actively involve visitors in the experience.

We work with a wide range of materials and electronic components, including LEDs, displays, projectors, sensors and interfaces. We also develop custom control systems and branded user interfaces tailored to the specific requirements of each project.

As certified Meister für Veranstaltungstechnik specialising in lighting, we provide technical supervision, consulting and project management for events and productions of various scales.

For large-scale events, we can take on the role of Verantwortlicher für Veranstaltungstechnik in accordance with German regulations. We combine technical expertise and responsibility with a practical approach: ensuring safety and compliance while finding solutions that make ambitious ideas possible.

Our services include technical consulting, reviewing and developing event concepts, project management and department management for lighting and video.

For complex rigging concepts, structural calculations and engineering assessments, we work with experienced external specialists and structural engineers.
